Sharing the games that I played growing up in Puerto Rico, is one of the most significant rewards of teaching Spanish to children. But as an educator, I marvel at how playing these games allows me to model soft skills while fostering collaboration among students. Games like Un Elefante, Chequimorena, and Pase Misín enable us to do this by combining singing, moving, speaking and strategizing to achieve success.
