Hola, The following article refers to the show Mr. Rodgers' Neighborhood as well as Aristotle, to explore how we approach feelings, particularly when it comes to children. In today's video, I share how I've made a shift in the questions I ask students when they feel upset. Hasta pronto, Doctora Collado

Hola, A highly skilled psychic and bruja once told me: “If suddenly, the world splits in half and balls of fire start coming out from the center of the Earth, what would you do?” after a pause, she continued: “You would get down on your knees and pray to God, right? So then, why not do it (on a regular basis)?” A prayer is a tool to help us build up our faith. They’re like cookie cutters (tool) that help us mold the cookie dough (intention) into the desired shape of the cookie (manifestation). Likewise, prayers give a structure to our feelings, thoughts, and values so that we learn how to set clear intentions to be manifested. Below you will find some of my favorite prayers and mantras. As I am preparing the next vlog post, I want to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you for following, watching, listening, reading and providing feedback through your likes and comments. I use social media and this website the way I do because it fuels the thinker and creative genius in me. It is also my way of giving back to the professional field by sharing educational strategies and ideas free of charge, primarily on the posts released midweek. On the other hand, the Spiritual Techie Sunday Vlog responds to a greater calling as a lightworker, in a time when people of all ages seem to be struggling in leading happy lives. I always hope that the posts bring a smile to your face and new perspectives to consider. My goal is to share information responsibly and with humility. I do not intend to have all the answers but to provide a different lens through which to look at things. Abrazos, Doctora Collado Hola, Something that you may not know about me is that I love hand fans. I always carry one with me. Today, I share how a fan was the inspiration to the first culturally thematic unit I created and why (I think) the theme still works as a Spanish lesson. Click below for lesson ideas and resources. Hasta pronto, Doctora Collado Hola, Are talents skills we are born with or abilities that we develop as we grow? Today, I reflect upon this question as I work on rescuing what I believe to be an innate ability in me. Abrazos, Doctora Collado |
