Hola, Growing up the use of a timer represented the culmination of an activity to me. For example, the physical education teacher using it as a signal to stop doing an exercise or end a game. As an adult, the use of the timer has meant that I have limited time to do something before moving onto the next activity. Currently, I am working on changing that mindset. I use the timer to buy me some quality time instead. I explain how in the video. Hasta pronto, Doctora Collado
