Breaking the Ice

Icebreakers are activities that help us get to know a group of people better and set a positive tone for collaboration or learning experience. These activities can be as simple as asking a question that ignites conversation. I find that when using this approach three characteristics should be present: know your audience, find something that serves as a connection between everyone and makes the question relevant to the context or purpose of work together. ​
