Reiki: Expansion & Empowerment

Our first distance group reiki session last Sunday was a success! Thank you all who were able to join us. This Sunday, March 29, 2020, we are hosting the second part at 4:00 pm EST. 3. Play the healing/chakra video included on this post, as background music.

4. Take deep breaths through your nose and out through your mouth.
