Reiki: Integration & Unfolding

This Sunday, April 5, 2020, we are hosting the third and final part of our distance reiki sessions, at 4:00 pm EST. 2. On Sunday, March 29, 2020 at 4:00 pm EST, lay in a quiet place with palms of hands facing up.

3. Play the healing/chakra video included on this post, as background music.

4. Take deep breaths through your nose and out through your mouth.
