Remote Reiki Session - Part One

Hola,

Tomorrow, Sunday March 22, 2020 I will join a group of Reiki healers in facilitating a remote reiki session from 4:00 to 5:00 pm EST. Watch the videos below to learn more about this initiative and register. 

Once you register, follow these steps during the session:
1. Lay in a quiet place.
2. Play the Healing/Chakra video below as background music. 
3. Take deep breaths through your nose and out through your mouth.
