The Not So Micro Aggressions

Hola,

You have probably heard the term micro-aggression. Perhaps a colleague has shared experiencing one, or you have attended a workshop where you were given strategies to avoid them in the classroom. The problem with micro-aggressions is that we don't always recognize being the target of one or even worse being the perpetrator. Today I discuss how I became more aware of micro-aggressions.
